february is the month to see whales
migrating north, they stop in hawaii to give birth
before heading to alaska for the summer
the dolphins are all around us
swimming playfully
inviting us to play with them
they love to come up close
checking us out
before they speed off
swimming with our pod mates
our underwater cameras clicking
as our new friends all come up for air
snorkeling is so easy
floating effortlessly on the water
as the dolphins frolic around you
here comes another pod
a mother shows off her baby
as the rest of the pod swims under us
another manta ray comes by
she swims closer
and closer
and brushes me with her wing tip
the dolphins are bubbling with joy
My husband loved the experience
what a wonderful fun filled day
as we relax with the sunset, we anticipate tomorrows adventure with the dolphins
